We are speaking of the strawberries and of the 3 ways to cook them following the tips of the kitchen.
1. Stay classic
Easy and fast to prepare, they are the strawberries with the whipped cream. They save any lunch or dinner and leave all the guests always surprised, above all when the months begin to be warmer and warmer.
Small suggestion from our kitchen: you can pass them before in the sugar and lemon to give that touch of sweetness.
2. Directly at home from the menù

This dessert is the preferred by all the travellers in this season. Fresh, light and savory. The perfect base is given by the genuineness of the raw materials, all from the territory and attentively selected by the kitchen. The ice cream is directly prepared by the chef and it is so delicate that it will seem to you as you are tasting a creamy pot of yogurt.
Its preparation is not difficult, but it is the touch of the Chef that makes the difference. You can do yours replacing the yogurt ice cream, with your favorite one or choosing the biscuits crumbled instead of meringues.
3. The spicy alternative
This is a more unusual recipe, but you have absolutely to give it a try.
Directly from the kitchen, the only word going out is Cinnamon.
Cinnamon to be added to the sugar and the lemon to create a little soup that tastes like a home made dessert. It will be enough to add the strawberries, one sprinkle of cinnamon and a leaflet of mint and we can assure you that your guests won't do without them.
